Calm Trance Works (CTW)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all hypnotherapy services provided by Calm Trance Works (CTW). By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Calm Trance Works offers hypnotherapy sessions designed to support personal development, relaxation, and wellbeing. Sessions are conducted online via telephone, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom unless otherwise agreed.

Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients must be willing participants in the hypnotherapy process. Results may vary from person to person, and no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

Clients should inform Calm Trance Works of any relevant medical or psychological conditions before beginning sessions.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations and hypnotherapy sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality. Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Sessions may need to be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged.

6. Online Sessions

For online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet or phone connection
• A quiet, comfortable space without interruption

Calm Trance Works cannot be held responsible for technical issues outside of its control.

7. Ethical Practice

Calm Trance Works operates in accordance with professional ethical standards. All clients will be treated with respect, professionalism, and care.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hypnotherapy is a supportive therapeutic approach and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Calm Trance Works will not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken by clients following sessions.

9. Changes to Terms

Calm Trance Works reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
