Cancellation and Refund Policy

Calm Trance Works (CTW)

At Calm Trance Works, I understand that circumstances can change. The following policy helps ensure fairness for both clients and the practice.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice can be rescheduled if payment has already been made.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment or fail to make contact at the scheduled time, the session will be considered a missed appointment and the full fee may be charged.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided when cancellations are made within the required notice period. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

Refunds are not typically provided for completed sessions.

Exceptional Circumstances

Calm Trance Works understands that emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Practitioner Cancellation

If Calm Trance Works needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
